Deberes de un miembro del comité de distrito:

  • Representar a los votantes del partido en la convención del comité central del condado para elegir al presidente central del condado y a sus funcionarios. El miembro del comité de distrito emite un número total de votos del partido (voto ponderado), tal como se emitieron en el distrito en la elección primaria reciente.

  • Asistir y participar en las reuniones municipales del partido.

  • Conviértase en registrador de votantes y registre a todos los electores calificados.

  • Designar y cubrir las vacantes de jueces electorales para las mesas de votación.

  • Proporcionar información sobre candidatos y elecciones a los votantes.

  • Circular peticiones de candidatos antes de las elecciones primarias.

  • Conozca a sus funcionarios electos locales, sus causas y sus problemas. Transmita sus conocimientos a sus votantes.
